This policy explains the current smutai landing site and the limited data needed to deliver it.

Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, approximate region, browser, device, requested page, time, referral page and security logs. This information is used to deliver and protect the site.
Analytics and local preferences
The current build does not create an advertising profile or operate its own account database. If privacy-conscious analytics are enabled, they will be used to understand aggregate performance. A language preference may be kept locally on your device.
External destinations
Buttons can open an external generator with its own terms and privacy practices. Review that destination before signing in, uploading media or paying. smutai does not control an external service’s independent data handling.
Adult use and submitted media
smutai is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit private, unlawful or unauthorized media. Any future on-site upload feature will be described here before launch, including processor, retention, deletion and account controls.

The displayed update date changes only when this policy changes. Contact details will be published before smutai introduces accounts, uploads, payments or other features that require direct personal-data handling.
